Chef David Nieratko, founder and owner of Culinary Classics started his exploration of the kitchen as a child by watching his grandmother and mother as they cooked authentic Portuguese dishes and moved on to create original meals and recipes as he grew older.

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Nieratko completed school and quickly opened Culinary Classics. For the last 25 years, Dave and his team have perfected the art of catering. Culinary Classics continues to grow, working with clients to create unique events that meet their culinary and budgetary needs.
